Network Solutions primary MX servers NFG

NSI's primary MX mail servers aren't functioning. We've
had problems sending mail since approx. 1800 EST yesterday.

We've tested from 4 seperate physical networks all seem to
be using alter.net to reach NSI.

I tried calling but can't reach anyone with a clue.
