I have tried:

dns-adm () uninet net mx
cdm () reduno com mx
vtorres () REDUNO COM MX
hzamora () reduno com mx
fanaya () reduno com mx
cdm () reduno com mx
ips-adm () uninet net mx
security () uninet net mx

Every single one of them bounces.

There does not seem to be one single working contact address for AS8151.

Are they rogue? Or just incompetent?
