Yea.  Good luck getting a DSL provider to swip an IP to you or to be
willing to register an IP for you.

Most DSL providers won't even give you a static IP address, if they do,
and they know it's for a mail server, they should handle this for you as
a value added service.  Many of them out there I'm sure won't do it
correctly, but there are ones out there that can, you just need to find
them.
