Please explain how. The only form of PAT that I'm familiar with translates source ports, not destination ports. It is the latter that would be required in this situation. Cisco Pix, at least, has a feature that could do this on traffic passing through it - "port redirection". Of course, this would require sending the messages through an additional box.
