Does anyone still work at Global Crossing

Ive been trying to get someone from Global Crossing to make some changes to
Reverse Delegation for some IP blocks that I have.

I made the Request initially on 3.26.02 and again on 4.11.02.

If there is someone out there from Global Crossing who can help me please
