significance of this list's acronym, you'd probably realize that many here
were acquainted with many in and around the towers.  This is much more
than "a big story".

Many posts regarding the tragedy have been useful, some have been
heartening, and some have been downright depressing.  It's human nature
for people to look to their peers in such situations for sharing info, for
solace, etc.

This is not a time to be petty, so please don't.
