Just my 0.02... That's a nice thought; however, if the FBI shows up at the front door of the datacenter with probable cause and/or search warrant for analysis of your network infrastructure due to belief that terrorists are passing email through your servers, I would be personally inclined to let them conduct their investigation rather than be charged with aiding criminal activity or interfering with a federal investigation. As some of you may know, the Internet is not currently covered by any ISAC. So you may not receive these warnings. It is up to the private sector if, and under what terms, they want to participate in any information sharing activity.
