the strange thing is that we don't see network quality (in terms of low latency, high 9's availability, etc.) being much of a concern among our customers. I think the basic attitude is that there isn't much difference
Until you mainline the good stuff, that's true. Local high bandwidth customers learned the difference after experiencing it as well and they do get educated. --Mike--
