WebRT, though it's really only suited to a rather small setup unless you
tweak it by hand some (we're mostly using it to track software development
bug reports, as opposed to task management).

        There've been a lot of improvements made to RT since it was
        called "WebRT" -- including a total rewrite, which is now in
        beta.  http://www.fsck.com/projects/rt/ has info.
