Adam, It looks like they are hearing and propagating your route. route-views.oregon-ix.net shows that your network is being heard by Genuity (AS1) via Zephyr Telecommunications (AS16499), but they are not getting your traffic through. 1 16499 7018 1239 1755 8246 15694 You still need to contact them, but they are propagating, not originating your route.
