I'm not from GLBX, but I we do peer with them so I get the maint notices.
They are have been doing a lot of router upgrades in SunnyVale for the past
week.  I seek from the trace you sent in that the failures are occuring
there.

Can someone from Global crossing help explain this problem. There seems to
