Randy, why is everything binary with you?  Anybody who disagrees with you is
either "stupid" or "irresponsible".


ORBS is a bad idea in mine and lots of other people's opinions, but that doesn't
mean every responsible administrator ignores them.

I know very responsible administrators who take ORBS seriously because their
customers want to email users of ORBS subscribers.

If your customers can't send mail to someone, it would be irresponsible to just
not care why at all.

Responsible admins don't let ORBS dictate to them, but also don't pretend they
don't exist.  They're another datum, with the significance varying for each admin.
