Area 51 outage report withdrawn

A case for Scully, Mulder and The Lone Gunmen?  I received an update about
an outage report I mentioned last month.

Sprint requested the FCC withdraw the outage report referring to a DACS
failure serving "Area 51" on December 22, 1999.
