NANOG posting process. In order to post to NANOG () merit edu, you must also
be subscribed to NANOG-POST () merit edu. To subscribe, send e-mail to
majordomo () merit edu with 'subscribe nanog-post' (without the quotes) as
the text of the message. You will receive a confirmation request; once you
respond, you'll be able to post to the NANOG mailing list.
