Sean. - -- To: smd () sprint net From: Someone You Wouldn't Expect The really odd thing about Metcalfe arguing for more control, more predictability, inevitable failure of distributed control, etc., is that it makes me think I've taken a time machine back in time to a slightly different universe where someone else invented ethernet and Metcalfe is promoting Token Ring. But since I'm not a North American Network Operator I'll keep my mouth shut in public.
