05/07/94 ANS NOC INTERMITTENT PHONE SERVICE 13:00 - ?? UTC due to reasons
currently under investigation.

  Both the 313/677-7333 and 800-456-6300 numbers are intermittently
unavailable.  We are working with building telephone switch and
local telephone service providers to restore phone service as soon
as possible.

  In the meanwhile, trouble reports can be sent to 'trouble () noc ans net',
and they will be dealt with in a timley fasion.
