Looks like you might want to double-check your nexpose install -- make
sure that you can connect and use it through the normal Nexpose
interface, double check your port bindings, etc.

Also:

> msf > db_create
> [*] The specified database already exists, connecting
> [*] Successfully connected to the database
> [*] File: /root/.msf3/sqlite3.db

This looks like you have an out of date metasploit install -- at the
very least, I'd update Metasploit with the latest framework installer
(or svn up).
