Hi List, I was trying to use wifi prob response fuzzer on backtrac5, to test some wifi drivers. but i am facing some problems: 1. i have installed the lorcon library as mentioned in url: https://community.rapid7.com/docs/DOC-1026 but when i run the fuzzer i am getting following error: 15:00:58[*] The Lorcon2 module is not available: no such file to load -- Lorcon2 15:00:58 [-] Auxiliary failed: RuntimeError Lorcon2 not available 15:00:58 [-] Call stack: 15:00:58 [-] /opt/metasploit3/msf3/lib/msf/core/exploit/lorcon2.rb:66:in `open_wifi' 15:00:58 [-] (eval):44:in `run' i can check the Lorcon2.so file in /usr/lib/ruby/1.9.2/i486/ directory. i have manually added this file to other directories like: /usr/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.9.2/i486-linux/ /usr/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/i486-linux/ but i m getting the same error. ldd command gives the list of module and they are loaded successfully. 2. i m having atheros AR9285 build in card. do i need to use any driver like madwifi with lorcon2? Any idea what may be the problem? is there anyone else who faced same problem? Thanks in advance. -Atul Sharma
