msfupdate log errors

Hi all,

I just noticed these errors in my metasploit update logs today.  Seems 
they have been going on since I installed metasploit a month ago.  I'm 
still getting updates so they seem to be warnings.  Can anyone tell me 
what they are and how to correct the issue?
