Creating a Metasploit based Exploit Pack

We're considering creating an exploit pack based on Metasploit, but before
starting our project, we thought we should discuss this with other
Metasploit developers.
BSD nature of Metasploit allows one to create commercial products based on
it (correct me if I'm wrong) and it turns out that there's no exploit pack
available for Metasploit (famous packs (gleg,White Phosphorus,...) are based
on commercial products such as Canvas) and we think Metasploit is best
suited for all the needs of exploit developers (and the best part of it is
that it's free (free as in beer))
So what do you think about this? Are there any suggestions/recommendations/(
caveats maybe) ?
