How to defeat anitivirus?

Hi Dear Everyone!

Here is scenario: I generated windows/fileformat/ms10_087_rtf_pfragments_bof
and windows/fileformat/ms11_006_createsizeddibsection, and my target was
windows SP3 and MS Word 2003 SP3, and it worked. But I have to disable
Antivirus (Node32) in order to test these exploits. Meterpreter is
attached or not, antivirus detects and make notification saying: hey! This
is a virus, be conscious. Is there any way to make this exploit defeat
antivirus detection?
