Windows Folder Access

After installing Metasploit the system (Windows 7), none of the files (
console etc. ) aren't opening because of this alert: "Windows cannot access
the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate
permission to access the item." This account has ownership over the folder,
it's not a folder permission issue but rather something else.

Any ideas how to fix it?
