In general, NeXpose integration works better than Qualys/Nessus, simply
because we test it more often. The level of integration is much tighter
as well - the latest version of the plugin lets you list remote sites
and import existing site data without requiring a rescan. The Nessus
bridge code is quite extensive as well. Support for Qualys is minimal
right now, with only "scan" XML supported.
