script to install binary as service

Good evening all,

I know there are binaries out there that will, when loaded, install a 
program as a running service.

But I'm curious, are there any meterpreter scripts that do the same 
thing.  I'm not talking about installing metsvc or persistence, but 
rather uploading a binary of my choice and getting it installed as a 
running service.
