packetrecorder on Win 2000

Carlos (or anyone else),
Any idea why running packetrecord would cause a win2k sp4 box to crash?  I'm
in using pnp with a reverse_tcp meterpreter.  It works ok on XP boxes on the
same network.  This win2k box has 3 interfaces and packetrecorder usually
causes a crash on any of them
