Due to the odd location of sh, it might make sense to name this
something like linux/armle/android_shell_reverse_tcp so it is clear
that it probably won't work elsewhere.  Do you have other thoughts on
the best name for it?  I haven't had a chance to test this out but it
looks good after a cursory read.
