There is already a ticket for this (#738).  As a short-term solution,
you can use the save command which saves your current datastore.  If
you start msfconsole with sudo, it will use the same config file
(~/.msf3/config).  Otherwise, you can start it with '-c
/home/otheruser/.msf3/config'
