dns_enum slowness when firewall drops packets

When trying DNS AXFR and firewall is dropping packets, next nameserver is
not tried until tcp_timeout is reached:
AXFR query, switching to TCP
Nameserver XXX.YYY.ZZZ.61 not responding within TCP timeout, trying next one
[*] Zone Transfer Failed

However, the line on line 330 in dns_enum.rb @res.tcp_timeout=15 seems not
to be effective at least on Windows XP and I am stuck waiting for a long
time.
