Need Help using msfpayload type v

Hello,

i just stumbeld about changes in VBA Output of msfpayload options.
New is: "The Hex Data needs to be appended to end of Documents Content."

Sorry but my brain still seems to be in 2009 :(

What do i have to do here exactly? I don't see any Options for this in
old W2k Office. Neither works a simple cat >> a.xls. How do i find
correct position?
