Persistence module...

Hi guys,
In my test i have a multihandler  that autoruns multiscript when got a  
new session with meterpreter ...
In the queue of scripts have also the  persistence module...
The problem is that when the host connect back for the second  
time ..multiscript installs again the persistence vbs...and then the  
reverse connect works only on boot..cause with 2 or more persistence  
installed..i see them to crush :/
Do you see a solution? Have i to check if the host have already  
installed the vbs? Or what?
