The 3.3 installer isnt supported at the moment, the final release will
have an easier way to cleanup svn locks. Until then, you can do:

1) Run shell.bat
2) $ cd /msf3
3) $ svn cleanup
4) $ svn update
5) $ exit
6) Run msfconsole.bat
