windows 2008 R2 + metasploit 3.3-dev

Hello!

I tried the metasploit 3.3-dev at windows 2008R2 Version 6.1.7600.
msf > version

Console  : 3.3-dev.6706

The msfconsole seems to be working (ok, I did not do a full test, just started, and used some basic feature)
msfupdate working

msfweb gave the following error:
