using msf autopwm

Can you include the complete console commands you used? its been a while
since I used it, but should be something like this:

load db_mysql
db_create root:password at localhost:3306/exampledb
db_import_nmap_xml host-tcp.xml
db_services

(should have stuff in the database, assuming the nmap scan found open
ports..)
