problem updateing msf from windows xp

Hi,

i have it under windows C:\Program Files\Metasploit\Framework3

which directory exactly to delete? all Framework3 ? or something within? Framework3 directory? within this dir which 
folder to delete?

Your antivirus corrupted the SVN directory used by the framework. Disable your AV, delete the %USERDATA%\msf* 
directories, and use the online update feature to get a freshly updated copy.
