svn update error message

Your anti-virus "quarantined" the SVN control file, breaking the
installation. Disable your AV for the %APPDATA%\msf32 directory, then
either restore the file from quarantine or delete the %APPDATA%\msf3
directory and try to update it again. If the error repeats, then the AV
is still deleting the file.
