msfencode

msfencode works on shellcode and raw assembly, not entire executables.
We do plan on building a metasploit packer at some point, but its not
implemented yet. Currently I use UPX and then manually obfuscate it by
hand with a hex editor (change the UPX0-9 section names, tweak the init
stub a little, etc).
