Not much available as part of MSF itself.

However just install VMWare with some old Linux installs and a Windows
2000 box with IIS etc installed.

I'd actually like to release a Windows box image, but licensing is an
issue (windows CD key).

I was thinking a pre-built image with BartPE and some kind of "put
your legit CD key here to generate ISO"... but haven't actually looked
into what would be needed in BartPE.
