sorry, but i am still little confused.

Why confused ? You are just on the spot!

BT3 will boot you into a GUI based linux, (you can choose command line too).

In the menu, you should be able to find metasploit somewhere.
(Along with lots and lots of other tools for doing phun stuff)

I suggest when you have come this fare, that you take a look at
the forums and stuff for backtrack, on how to use backtrack.
