Secondly, I think nessus a bit outdated by now.

You should check in the exploit info if the target is included
in the exploit; or in this specific exploit if the fingerprinting is
working correctly by identifying your target. If not, search opcode, add
ret, and test. Secondly, you should first attempt to use a simple
payload such as shell/reverse_tcp.
Finally, you may have some (H|N)IDS or AV-like security suite that is
blocking your connection.
