MSFGUI - Audio Alerts? + bugs?

Audio Alerts?
Would there be a way to add an audio alert when a new session is created?

For example, using a client attack via mail or browser, sometimes you only
have seconds
in which to interact with the exploited client, an audio alert would be
invaluable for this.
( also good for us many mulitaskers who are on multiple boxes pwning small
countries lol )

Bugs?
I have also found several, ( possible ) bugs sill in the GUI...

setting ./upexec/reverse_tcp as payload, the exploited session crashes when
trying "interact" after
the exe has been uploaded and the session appears. Have tried various
binaries from 7-128k, same results.
I also notice there is no simple ./upexec payload, or does ./download_exec
fullfill this requirement?

Further, the meterpeter seems to be actually more broken than before, as on
two machines MSFGUI
completly crashes when accessing any aspect of the exploited session.

cheers,
