An ambiguous hash element in exploit info

Hi,
According to the developers guide the hash element "privileged" refers
to " Whether or not the module requires or grants privileged access".
However, it seems to be a bit ambiguous. For example, how to
differentiate the case when some privileges are required to run the
exploit from the fact that it provides a certain privilege.
Perhaps, we need to add two separate hash elements for
require_privileges and provide_privileges.
