EncoderDontFallThrough Option doesn't work

Exploit is working fine, but when that option is set it is not doing the
expected behavior that the Exploit will fail when the encoder fails.
This problem is not with exploit but it is in some core library.

Without those specific options, is the exploit working?

Hi,
EncoderDontFallThrough Option doesn't work. I tested with
exploit/windows/lpd/wincomlpd_admin, encoder=x86/alpha_upper,
payload=windows/shell_bind_tcp. I tested with both msfcli and msfconsole.

Please help me out of this issue

Regards,
Sairam
