How to update?

i found it on securityfocus and it meant to be for metasploit. the thing is i can't get it to work, tried to copy the 
file to exploits folder and it generates that error "unable to load" then because you know i'm so smart :) i figured 
there must be something in the bin directory or the tools that run this .rb file and generate the files for you to use 
and get it work with Metasploit.

all in all, if you downloaded an .rb file from a security site that says "metasploit exploit" . What would you do to 
make it work with Metasploit on Windows XP?

  Well, it depends what it was "unable to load". This particular Ruby file might have been written with a development 
SVN release in mind, and so the relevant files, mixins and features are not present. Without more information it's hard 
to advise the best course of action.
