There is the beginning of an IDE hidden in the msfweb interface, just 
access /ide/ to check it out. This was a project of LMH's that never 
quote got flushed out. The downside to writing it as a web application is 
the lack of a real editor screen (textarea + javascript is ok, but no 
doubt a real editor would have a better feel). 

Another option would be integrate an IDE or module editor into Fabrice's 
Gtk GUI.
