Exploit windows/smtp/ms06_019_exchange not using any payload

No - this is only a DoS case.  No one that I've shown it to has been able to
get execution from it, sadly.  It was leaked a little while back and I guess
moved to the exploits section, which it really ought to be under DoS.  I'll
move it later today. Sorry for the confusion.

used the script contains a general case of crashing the application, 
Does any Payload is required for this Exploit??????
