Reading RHOSTS from a file.

A few downsides to implementing this:

1) The "show options" command will show the entire contents of the loaded 
file, even if its massive.

2) The "msfweb" interface can be used to trivially read local files 
through this method.

Still chewing on the best way to work around these and whether its worth 
making this work for other options as well (String, etc).
