LogLevel in msf3

LogLevel is implemented, but it only affects the logs, not the output to 
the user. For example:

$ msfconsole

msf> setg LogLevel 5
msf> do_some_stuff
msf> exit

$ cat ~/.msf3/logs/framework.log
