Segmentation fault

Blame Cygwin :-( Look forward to these problems going away for the 3.0 
stable release. You can try using the rebase.exe tool on Perl.exe (from 
the Cygwin shell). This may also be caused by certain invasive security 
products (AV, firewall, etc).
