Metasploit Generate shellcode tool

Hi,
 
I couldn't find http://www.metasploit.com/tools/msfpayload.cgi?PAYLOAD=win32_exec  anymore..? to generate shellcode.
 
 
 Is it any way to install that tool? like http://127.0.0.1:55555/PAYLOADS but for generate shellcode
