FRAMEWORK 2.4

The second release candidate is going through test right now, if 
everything goes smooth, we are looking at a final build on Wednesday. 
Some of the highlights in 2.4 include:

- The PassiveX stager and HTTP payload transport system
- New SunRPC API and exploits (snmpxdmid, kcms_readfile)
- Reliable cross-OS exploit for the recent Message Queuing bug
- A much smaller and up-to-date Cygwin install for Win32 users
- Bug fixes, smaller payloads, and general improvements over 2.3

Development of 3.0 will continue in parallel with the 2.x branch.
